Welcome to crossone fitness
Crossone fitness focuses on the fitness needs of an individual. Fit to next level is our motto. Our training program helps every individual to see the progression that he or she has made within months of enrollment. We also have specialized training for athletes depending on their goals. We have certified trainers in crossfit and weight training. At Crossone fitness age is not a barrier as our members range between 15-55 years. Unlike your regular gym Crossone fitness builds a community or team. The training program is designed in such a way that when we have a tight knit team accomplishing things becomes much more easier.
Our Crossfit Batches:
Morning: 6am to 7am, 7am to 8am, 8am to 9am, 9am to 10am, 10am to 11am, 11am to 12pm, 12pm to 1pm
Evening : 5pm to 6pm, 6pm to 7pm, 7pm to 8pm, 8pm to 9 pm, 9pm to 10pm
